Joey Hines
Joey Hines
Singer-songwriter Joey Hines has a sound that might remind you of Daniel Johnston, The Magnetic Fields, or They Might Be Giants, yet remains uniquely his own. His lyrically-driven songs tell stories that are disarmingly honest and sometimes horribly sad, yet often with a dose of humor. Joey is a veteran of the Vegas music scene, having frequented venues such as The Bunkhouse Saloon, Backstage Bar & Billiards, Hard Hat Lounge, The Beat, Boomers Bar, The Crepe, and Money Plays. His albums Don't Interrupt My Drinking, I Used to Dream, Oh Ho, and Old Dogs are on Spotify and Bandcamp. He is the author of the poetry book Overwhelmingly Okay.
